The Princess Bride captivated audiences across America when it hit theaters in 1987, and now the timeless magic of the film is reaching new generations. On Sunday, April 27, 2025, I have the extraordinary privilege of moderating "The Princess Bride: An Inconceivable Evening with Cary Elwes" at the Broward Center.
What to Expect at This "Inconceivable" Evening
The event promises to be a treasure trove for fans. There is a VIP meet and greet scheduled with Elwes prior to the discussion. I'll be sitting down with Elwes for an intimate conversation about his experiences making The Princess Bride and the lasting impact it has had on his life and career.

Elwes is known for being generous with behind-the-scenes stories that didn't make it into the film or even into his bestselling memoir, As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride. Expect tales of sword-fighting mishaps, behind-the-scenes revelations, and the camaraderie that made this film such a special experience for its cast!
